Please review our check-in and check-out times and related policies:

• Check-In: 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early Check-In Fee: $25
• Late Check-Out Hour: 12:00 PM
• Late Check-Out Fee: $25

A late check-out (after 11:00 AM but before 12:00 PM) may incur a fee.

• Local Guests Policy:
  We do not accommodate local guests. Individuals with a 606XX zip code will not be permitted to stay at the hostel.
• Guest Policy:
  Only the individual listed on the reservation is permitted to stay.

Property and Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation Policy:
  Reservations must be canceled or modified by email at least 14 days before the arrival date to avoid a charge equal to the full reservation amount, including any applicable taxes. All cancellations and modification requests must be emailed to: support@stay424hostel.com.
  This cancellation policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings, which are charged in full at the time of booking. No changes to the number of beds or nights booked will be accepted within the cancellation window.

For third-party booking sites, stricter cancellation policies may apply, and the policy displayed at the time of booking will be enforced. If your booking was made through a third-party platform, please cancel or modify it directly on the platform to avoid confusion or additional fees.

• Dorm Room Policy:
  Only one person is permitted per dorm room bunk.
  Guests staying in the dorm must provide proof of residency at least 30 miles outside of Chicago city limits and present a valid ID. We reserve the right to request proof of onward travel.
• Payment Policy:
  We do not accept third-party payments. The credit or debit card used for the reservation must belong to one of the guests staying.

House Rules and Policies

By using our services, you agree to follow these terms and any additional guidelines provided by Stay 424. Please read carefully.

• Cancellation Policy
  Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is provided for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.
• Membership Agreement:
  By becoming a member of Studio 424, you agree to abide by these terms. Memberships are non-transferable, and it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and access details.
• Conduct and Responsibility:
  We foster a respectful and inclusive environment. All guests must treat each other and our staff with courtesy. You are responsible for your personal belongings. Stay 424 is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Disruptive or harmful behavior towards others or our facilities will not be tolerated.
• Facility Usage:
  When using our coworking spaces, hostel, or event spaces, please adhere to the specific rules for each area. Respect noise levels in coworking spaces, follow hostel guidelines for a peaceful stay, and comply with legal requirements for events.
• Payments and Cancellations:
  All fees related to memberships, accommodations, and events are subject to Stay 424’s pricing policies, which will be provided at the time of booking. Cancellation and refund policies are enforced as per the specific service being booked.
• Code of Conduct:
  We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior. Illegal activities on the premises will be reported to the authorities immediately.
• Limitation of Liability:
  While we prioritize a safe environment, Stay 424 is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages unless proven to be due to our negligence. We are not liable for the actions or services provided by third-party individuals or companies connected to our community.
• Modifications:
  Stay 424 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Please check periodically to stay updated.
